To operate the reception desk during working hours
To handle all incoming telephone calls (switchboard)
To receive and welcome guests and customers
To arrange for office needs including managing stationary supplies
To provide general office work such as copying, faxing, scanning, or printing documents.
Receives and registers incoming mail and distributes to relevant employees. Makes copies when indicated.
- Sends outgoing mail (couriers and cargos), and registers them after receiving the confirmation.
- Makes copies when indicated, forwards originals to senders
To provide services to other departments
U niversity Graduate.
At least two years experience.
Applicant should be resident nearby Nasr City
Excellent command in English language.
Excellent Computer skills and in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
