About The Role
To support the business by ensuring efficient supply spending for the organization through assessments and approvals of different supply schemes, evaluating performance and sharing learnings and guidance with the different stakeholders. The role reports into FP&A Manager. Key responsibilities include:
Assess and approve campaigns/incentive schemes before they are made live
Post assessments to validate that schemes produced the desired results
Maintain thorough and concise documentation for tracking all scheme assessments and approvals
Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain accuracy of results
Conduct thorough follow-ups and effective resolutions with various stakeholders
Very high ownership and accountability of the work assigned
Job Requirements
1 to 3 years of relevant experience
Fast learner with the ability to adapt to different software products quickly
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access) and Google products (Forms, Spreadsheets)
Good analytical skills
Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels of personnel both oral and written
Ability to work in a demanding environment
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work overtime when needed
