Team HR Support


Manage recruitment for the GUPCO team.
Coordinate the training needs for the teams and liaise with HQ on the best available training opportunities that fits with the required competency level for each function.
Support the Shareholder Office via implementing standard HR systems and procedures.
Communicate all official local holidays and feed to HQ.


Administrative support


Handle catering services for training/meetings and coordinate with the vendors for best prices.
Arrange external events as required.
Manage the office budget and ensure all required supplies are ordered on time.
Handle PO orders on the system and supplier registration.
Ensure EGPC approval is taken where cost recovery is eligible prior to purchasing.
Manage the mail service and coordinate with the drivers.
Manage the transportation for business needs.
Maintain vendor contact list and ensure registration is done timely to all new vendors.


HR Filing for audit trail & correspondence management


Create and maintain a sound filling system (hard & soft) for the employees files.
Act as focal contact with the payroll and employee services third party contract.
Maintain proper filing for all approved employees costs related to benefits.
Provide audit trail via retention, protection, retrieval and disposal of records.


Travel


Act as focal point with the travel agency and ensure customer satisfaction is at highest standard
