Bachelors degree of Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting or its equivalent
Skills
Good command of English & Arabic Languages, extra language is an advantage
Presentable and well groomed
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of all private banking products and services
Knowledge of Quality & Service
Basic Knowledge of Know your customer-KYC, Anti Money Laundry -AML and compliance requirements
Basic computer skills
Responsibilities
Service Quality
1. Ensure that all customer interaction begins with the standard service greeting to maintain service quality standard, also obtain a satisfaction confirmation and customers suggestions for better service before leaving the Hub
2. Respond promptly and professionally to any customer inquiry or comments and refer customer complaints to Private Service Officer to handle.
3. Contribute in updating “KYC” documents, through referring customers with outdated information to the Private Service Officer
4. Responsible for campaign effectiveness survey with Hub customers to measure customer satisfaction
5. File and carefully maintain bank data and documents in an efficient and timely manner to ensure proper archiving and easy retrieval of documents
Marketing
6. Ensure that all marketing materials are well presented and promotion materials are removed once promotion is over upon receiving notification from marketing department to assure customers are getting updated info to maintain the branch ambiance
