Job Purpose:
Controlling, executing and improving Calibration and Qualification Activities for all critical instruments, equipment, HVAC system and other supporting systems in the site.
Job Responsibilities:-
1-Calibration activities :-
Ensure all relevant calibration SOP are valid and effective
Issuance of annual calibration plan
Communicate calibration plan on monthly basis to concerned departments
Perform internal calibration activities and Follow up plan execution with 3rd parties
Documentation of calibration activities in relevant document types
Report on monthly basis the plan progress
Perform documented calibration plan assessment on quarter basis
2- Qualification activities :-
Ensure all relevant qualification protocols are valid and effective
Issuance of annual qualification plan
Communicate qualification plan on monthly basis to concerned departments
Perform internal qualification activities and Follow up plan execution with 3rd parties
Documentation of qualification activities in relevant document types
Report on monthly basis the plan progress
Perform documented qualification plan assessment on semi-annual basis
Education: Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences/Engineering/Science.
Related Experience: 1-3 years experience in related position.
