Your Role –

Book suppliers invoices according to Local guidelines and under consideration of legal requirements.
Order or release payments due to internal employees or external entities, when assigned by accountable management.
Clarify account discrepancies internally, but also with expediters, vendors & suppliers.
Check and oversee local petty cash accounts and monitors local cash expenditures.
Contribute to balance sheet and P&L closing.
Plan, open and clear accounts related to A/P accounting.
May contact employees and supplier actively to clarify questions.
May cooperate with banks in defined subjects matters.
Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!
Analytical Skills: Being able to read, compare, and interpret figures and data with the ability to analyze business operations, trends, and costs.
Communication & Presentation Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills with clear and professional communication with internal and external customers.
Business Needs: reviewing financial statements and preparation of other financial reports.
Strong communications skills
Strong MS Office skills
Bachelor of Commerce or Accounting
One year of experience in SAP
