Payroll & Admin related responsibilities:
Responsible as a maker of preparing Citibankers payroll applying salary tax & social security rules, and labor law regulations.
Perform as maker monthly reconciliations and payments for social security and salary tax.
Responsible as a maker of processing accounting entries for staff related operations / expenses / accruals.
Responsible as a maker of processing month end closing / accrual entries.
Responsible as a maker of the monthly regulatory reporting of staff loans to both CBE & I-Score.
Handle residence & work permit procedures for international staff related entries.
Monitor procedures and needed documents for new hires, transfers & resignations.
Responsible as a maker for administrative issues such as (HR letters, contracts renewal letters, reference letters, clearance letters, etc).
Assure accurate, regular and timely filing & Scanning to personnel files (New Hires & Resignations).
Responsible as a Maker for Medical Insurance tasks ( addition, deletion, reimbursement
Monthly medications, pre-hire check-up.
Responsible as a Maker for Life & Accidental Insurance tasks (addition, deletion, approval Letters).
Up to one year relevant HR function.
