Duties & Responsibilities
Operate as the LEAD point of contact for any and all matters specific to your assigned customers (account).
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with your assigned customers (account).
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with IMS team.
Accountable for accurate customers DATA.
Maintain open and clear COMMUNICATION CHANNELS with your assigned customers (account), Communicate due dates, timelines and expectation to your customers.
Qualifications
B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or 4-year college degree.
Minimum 2 years experience.
