HR Generalist is required for an NGO Located in Mokattam
Job Description:
Actively involved in recruitment process by preparing job descriptions coordinating job posting on different platforms reviewing resumes performing phone interviews and appointments.
Supporting new employee orientation programs.
Follow Performance appraisal system across the company and ensures its effective execution.
Develop training and team building programs.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation Resolve any issues that may arise.
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
Provides support to employees in the interpretation of HR policies and guidelines.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or equivalent.
2-4 years experience in HR specially recruitment and OD.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
