Accountant.
Job Responsibilities:
·Matching the receiving materials and services to related POs and contracts
·Supporting The Budgeting and Financial analysis Department
·Serving and responding to auditors requests during the annual closing
·Taking cyclical inventory , clearance of advance & checking the suppliers prices
·Preparing all banking transfer orders
·reconciling of suppliers accounts
·Preparing periodical financial statements
·Dealing with formal organizations and authorities (Taxation, Insurance, etc.)
·Timely payments to vendors and affiliates
·Preparing weekly and monthly monetary position report (out cash) for Finance Manager
·Updating Suppliers files on the system
·Booking of local and foreign purchases to inventory
·Preparing tax certificates that covered deductible tax of suppliers after annual closing
·Make monthly supported reports for AP module on system
·Make balance confirmation with suppliers every quarterly, biannual or annually based on supplies volume.
Requirements:
0-1 years experience
A bachelor degree in Accountancy
·High analytical skills
· High communication skills
· Very good command of English
