- Optimize the customer value proposition by designing and executing the offering, innovation , packages and marketing programs, leveraging on the partnership and tie-ups to achieve segment objective & targets.
-Responsible for establishing targets and business objectives for the segment ensuring full cooperation with the product managers, Distribution channels and Marketing to develop products and distribution strategies for the segment.
-Managing customer life cycle including onboarding, next best product and churn prevention in line with the bank strategy.
-Continuously track the performance of the segment and revise propositions when necessary in line with strategies.
-Participate in projects when needed whether internally or externally as per business requirements.
-Responsible for working with Marketing and CRM to ensure products and programs are integrated into ongoing campaign activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of banking experience.
- Good command in English.
- Good knowledge of MS office (Word - Excel - Power Point).
- Experience in Product or Segment is an asset.
- Communication Skills.
- Work under pressure.
- Multitasking.
- Innovative.
