•Position: Admin Specialist.
•Location: Factory (10th of Ramadan).
•Duties & Responsibilities:
-Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
-Arrange and coordinate company main events.
-Control supplies inventory by checking stock ; anticipating needed supplies; placing orders; receiving supplies.
-Control company transportation routes and monthly cost.
-Control fuel usage/analysis/consumption.
-Control company cars (Licenses renewal/Maintenance).
-Company medical service (Governmental/Private).
-Control company facility management (Maintenance Plan & Execution, Security, Cleaning, landscape and Pest control).
•Requirements:
-Any related Bachelor degree.
-2~4 years of Admin or Assistant experience.
-Very Good English (spoken and written).
-Proficient in MS Office.
-Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task & prioritize work.
-Attention to details and problem solving skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong organizational, planning & reporting skills.
