About the Internship
A human resources trainee works in a companys human resources (HR) department. Trainees can fulfill many roles in the HR department and work directly under the supervision of a manager. HR Trainees are often students or recent graduates who are gaining work experience to build their resume. Internship
s may also provide academic credit or pay.
Responsible for the whole recruitment process including the job posting, screening C. Vs and conducting interviews.
Assist in organizing Interview schedule.
Designing Company Structure.
Create Performance system (KPIs, Feedback, Rewarding) Systems
Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development
Assisting with the production and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Assist with budget monitoring and payroll
Administering compensation and benefit plans
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
Ensure compliance with labor regulationsInternship
High English command writing and speaking.
HR Basic background.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
High Presentation Skills.
Strong data visualization skills.
Google apps (Google sheet, google doc and Google drive)
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.Internship
