Assist in leading and motivating the branch sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
Drafting and submit the local Purchase requests to the branch manager approval.
Handles requests for general information, inquiries regarding policies and procedures, and complaints.
Prepares comprehensive written reports to branch and part manager.
Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease delivery times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly with branch manager to provide quality seamless customer service in branch.
Maintain harmonious relationships with customers, departments, to assist and ensure the company objectives are achieved.
Assist and support the Inventory and branch manager in reviewing, implementing policies, co-ordination of activities and enhancements, of the branch.
Assist branch personnel with Parts Catalogue interpretation.
Identify the needs and develop training courses for counter sales personnel.
Ensuring the appropriate level of conduct with all customers is maintained.

Previous related retail experience.
