Job description:
Preparing daily journal entries
Maintains trial balance
Transfer data from paper formats into computer files and ERP systems
Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
Conduct month-end and year-end close process
Collect, analyze and summarize account information
Review payment requests received from other departments
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
Working on month end closing procedures and meet the deadlines
Develop periodic reports for management as assigned for specific accounts
Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups
Abide by financial policies, regulation and legislation
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Commerce, Accounting or Finance related degree
2-5 years work experience in accounting working with Egyptian authorities
Experience with creating financial accounting statements
Advanced Level of all MS Office Applications
Previous experience in using ERP systems is preferred
Good command of English
Preferably residents of New Cairo
