OUR TASKS:
- Responsible for the day to day running of the reception area.
- Ensure that all telephone calls are answered within three rings and that corporate greetings are used.
- Convey any message to staff who were unavailable at the time of the call.
- Greet visitors and ensure they are met by a DHL staff member.
- Prepare outbound shipments received from staff within Egypt.
- Manifest outbound shipment using the Shipment Processing System
Desired Skills and Experience
YOUR PROFILE:
- Presentable
- Fluent English Language.
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to work with Microsoft Excel World and Power Point
- Gender: Females Only.
