Responsibilities
Formulate, receive, and recommend policy proposals relating to the budget revenue and cost control procedures.
Allocate Budget Items Requests In Budget Control Sheet (Accrual Basic & Cash Basic)
Controlling & Approving The Operation Expenses Documents In Daily Basis & Aligning With The Budget Approval Control cycle With Right Allocation.
Monitor Budget Over Or Under Run of Budget Estimate Vs Actual Daily.
Inform and advise other department heads about the financial aspects of their responsibilities.
Ensure updates of Budgets through the preparation of quarterly forecasts.
Qualifications
Education Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance- English Section.
2-3 years In Accounting Department Or As Budget Controller
Excellent use of Microsoft Office and its applications.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent English Language.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
