IT Officer/Senior officer
Job Purpose:
Responsible for acting as help desk that will troubleshoot and resolve technical problems provide trainings to internal users responsible to backup database ensure security of data & databases manage problems escalated to third-party applications audit database access and Requests.
Qualifications:
· University degree in computer science IT or relevant field
· Up to 3 years experience in IT
· Experience as IT Professional in a corporate setting is a plus
· Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware software and network issues quickly and effectively
· Experienced with various operating systems and databases
. Critical thinking skills and an analytical mind with strong problem-solving abilities
