Job Description
Resolves customer complaints via phone or face to face.
Seizes opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Greets customers warmly and ascertains any problem they may have.
Advises on any information the customer may need.
Works with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Resolves problems by clarifying the customers complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Coordinates with other departments to Solve Customers Complaints.
Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree in any related field.
1-3 years of experience preferably in the real-estate field.
Excellent communication skills.
