Key Qualifications:

1-2 years of work experience in an accounting role
BA/BS or equivalent
Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Strong analytical skills detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
Superior written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and GSuite
Highly motivated and able to thrive under pressure
Team player with a positive attitude who is pro-active and owns accountability
Shares company values and vision and is excited by the challenge of working in a dynamic start-up environment


Maintain overall accuracy and integrity of the general ledger and ensure that financial statements are GAAP compliant 
Support accounting operations include accounts payable/receivable payroll employee expense reimbursement tax filings and financial system implementations/improvements 
Perform maintain and help review balance sheet reconciliations for multiple subsidiaries 
Prepare and assist in review of monthly balance sheet and income statement variance analysis 
Ensure proper adherence of internal controls to maintain the integrity over financial reporting Help manage audit request lists 

Assist full cycle month-end close procedures including account reconciliation preparation of monthly journal entries financial statement preparation and flux analysis
Full cycle AR responsibilities including preparing monthly invoicing and work closely with customer success team to resolve billing-related customer queries perform day to day financial transactions including posting payments and invoices reconciliation
Own full-cycle Accounts Payable expense reports and corporate cards Review validated and enter vendor invoices ensuring appropriate GL classification
Sales tax management - assist with analysis of applicability in all states where the company operates as well as operational implementation - billing collection remittance
Assist with obtaining and maintaining state registrations
Back-up for payroll processing
Ad-hoc projects as assigned
Support administration over all internal and external Accounting systems.
Work cross functionally with internal and external partners
