Tasks and Duties:

·         Implements marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives.

·         Implements social media strategy to align with business goals.

·         Performs research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.

·         Collaborates with other teams like, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.

·         Suggests and implements new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.

·         Stays up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.

·         Manages Offline Marketing plan "billboards, Advertisements

·         Manages reporting and evaluates effectiveness of email campaigns though mail-champ and other bears.

·         Develops marketing campaigns across multiple channels such FB, Twitter, LinkedIn to support the growth of the business.

·         Develops and manage all digital marketing programs

·         Creates and implements innovative multi-channel growth strategies & campaigns.

·         Sets team strategy through analysis of historical marketing data.

·         Provides performance analysis, ROI and insights for all channels/tactics

·         Manages and maintains the organizations website.

·         Develops social media calendars, writes posts, selects images and image text and schedule posts in a timely manner that is cohesive and consistent with the brand message.

·         Works continually on the Search Engine Optimization of the website.

 

Qualifications:

·         Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field.

·         Excellent English Language.

·         Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.

·         Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.

·         Great experience in media buying.

·         Previous experience in leading a team.

·         Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.

·         Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.

·         Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.

·         Certified in Google Marketing Platform, Analytics, Adsense, Adwords (and/or).
