We have an exciting Talent Sourcer opening where you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and AI companies to help them find top talent! You will have the chance to collaborate with our company’s Account Managers and Recruiters, filling vacancies for a plethora of tech companies! Talent Sourcing Agencies are welcome to apply!




General Requirements:




Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar recruitment role 
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings) 
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills 
Fearless drive and motivation 
Can-do attitude! 
Ability to work independently

Experience working with Tech companies as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter




Responsibilities:

Source talent using various recruiting tools 
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search) 
Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers, and get hired 
Work with our Account Managers and recruiters to find various candidates from Engineering to Sales and Marketing 
Connect with various networks across multiple levels.
