Job Purpose:
Responsible for executing the companys brand strategy and marketing plans that support lines of service and brand objectives, delivering on campaigns that increase the awareness of stature for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate objectives with marketing, creative, and advertising agencies externally as well as digital, communications and marketing research teams internally.
• Ensure brand consistency.
• Develop and enrich customer service experience that impacts the brand equity.
• Assist the management in driving strong brand growth and loyalty and profitable sales through sponsorships, exhibitions and activations.
• Analyze and support both category and cluster marketing plans to align with brand strategy and achieve annual operating plan goals.
• Execute brand management plans and ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with the company and brand positioning.
• Develop and implement media planning, buying, and innovation strategies.
• Ensure proper delivery of design and direction for collateral, web, product packaging, and other visual communications media for the company.
• Help promote uniformity and consistency of brand.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in communications, commerce or relevant field Experience of 1 to 3 years experience Competencies.
Required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic languages
• Financial Industry knowledge is advantageous
• Excellent research, communication, eye for details and analytical problem-solving skills
