We are hiring an immediate joiner with a minimum of 2 years experience in SUBSCRIPTION Business and Worked with a SaaS Company.
Salary Range: 5,000 to EGP 6,500 EGP "This is a remote job"
Responsibilities
1. Manage manages monthly SaaS subscription.
2. Manage all accounting transactions
3. Prepare budget forecasts typing.
4. Publish financial statements in time
5. Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
6. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
7. Ensure timely bank payments
8. Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
9. Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
10. Report on the companys financial health and liquidity
11. Audit financial transactions and documents
12. Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
13. Comply with financial policies and regulations
14. Responsible for full-cycle accounting duties
15. Code and enter vendor expense invoices
16. Process Accounts payable
17. Process accounts receivable and invoice clients
18. Prepare bank deposits
19. Ensure accuracy in the general ledger
20. Process employee timesheets and run payroll through our payroll system Paylocity
21. Create financial statements and maintain financial reports
22. Track and pay sales commissions
23. Reconcile credit and bank accounts
24. Monitor cash levels and report on anticipated variances
Participate and contribute to the Management team, including attending key meetings.

Requirements
1. Understanding of SaaS (subscription-based business model).
2. Proven Work experience as an
Accountant SaaS company
3. Hands-on experience with accounting software "QuickBooks "+"Zoho."
4. Advanced MS Excel skills.
5. Experience with general ledger functions
6. Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
7. BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
8. Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus.
Experience with ERPs we use Zoho one + QuickBooks

1. Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
2. Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
3. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
