Job Summary
We are looking for somebody that loves helping customers and ensuring they have a positive experience with our service. If you would describe yourself as detail-oriented, good at talking to people and enjoy helping people by addressing and assisting them through the steps of using our app, we are looking for you!

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outgoing follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and addressing any issues that may have occurred.
- Handling incoming inquiries from customers and resolving customers issues.
- Communicating clients payment issues to the Billing Team and ensuring payment completion.
- Collaborating with the sales team post-sales issues and optimizing for customer retention and satisfaction.


Job requirements:
1- Excellent written and spoken English
2- Good Excel knowledge is a must
3- Customer service experience is preferred (not mandatory)
4- Formal English and Arabic writing
