Core Job Responsibilities
Planning, development of the MN marketing strategies and initiatives
Execution of strategy through regular customer interaction; build relationships with potential and leading KOLs in the country.
Understands business drivers and implications
Reads and understands published clinical results for MN brands.
Develops and communicates project goals to team
Develop, implement and conduct product training to sales force on an ongoing basis.
Leverages data and insights to develop rationale for key commercial projects
Manages a project budget within acceptable variance monitors project status and identifies obstacles
Measures effectiveness of promotions and recommends changes
Develops marketing materials, claims, etc. based on core claim documents and product knowledge
Applies promotional guidelines, regulations, and requirements to materials/programs
Identifies opportunities to expand business impact and exceed goals
Able to present in front of groups and management
Recognizes/identifies competitors’ and brand’s position in the market by collecting and tracking relevant category & competitor information
Monitors trends / performance and analyzes data to support business decisions and strategies
Collects standardized business data (e.g., Share, hospital shipments and consumptions) to generate / support ongoing analysis
Works cross-functionally to build forecast assumptions.
Ensure all business activities comply with the relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards. Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products.
Requirement
Minimum of 2 years Sales / Marketing experience (within the Medical Nutrition industry is preferred)
Marketing experience is desirable
Bachelor Degree in Pharmaceutical Science/Human or Vet Medicine/General Science
Strong sales track record
Sound understanding and qualifications in marketing related principles
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent knowledge of computer based programs including spreadsheets and graphics
Multi task oriented
