YOUR ROLE
· Organize and execute IMEA training plan
· Conduct training analysis and derive action plans from the training reports
· Serve as a point of contact for all employees related to Learning Management topics
· Collaborate with global local and regional stakeholders
· Ensure global KPIs are met and take part in global and regional enhancement projects
· Identify process gaps and generate ideas of continuous improvement
Your Skills
· Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or any relevant study
· Minimum 1 year experience in Human resources or any relevant field
· Proficient knowledge of MS office (Word Excel and PowerPoint)
· Excellent knowledge of English is mandatory – French is a plus
