the Arab African International Bank is currently recruliting for the role of Liabilities Product Assistant Manager- Consumer Banking

Duties and Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities in this role incude the following:

Assist to introduce new products and campaigns to increase the liability product suite in line with the business plan

Help design in and recommending implement new changes competitive to existing deposits Cansumer schemes Banking liabilities products to improve specifications and performance and resporsible for

Set the product pricing strategy based on the objectives to be achieved.

Assist portfolio. in designing and implementing new incentive stchemes to encourage start to generate business and growCorsumer Banking liabilities

Conduct daily/weeklymonthly liabilities products MIS reports tor all stakeholders for tracking the performance closely

Conduct a regular market surey to ensure that the bank maintains and develops its competitive position.

Liaise with regulator to obtain necessary approvals for certain product initiatives which require regulatory approvals.

Work sale activities with the marketing charnels to develop and implement customer contact strateges and tools to support the acquisition retention and cross

Assist in monitoring the financial performanceP&L) against the budget and propose initiatives in order to meet business goals.

Work closely with the Sales team in all branches for the acquisition of new bank customers based on customer segments.
