About the job

The Communications and Digital Specialist will be responsible for performing and reporting on all activities related to Education For Employment-Egypt (EFE-Egypt)s social and marketing material. S/he will take part important visibility projects and monitor the EFE-Egypt brand presence on social media and digital platforms. S/he will be managing various EFE-Egypt awareness campaigns and ensuring their successful execution.

 

Under the direct Communications Officer the Communications and Digital Specialist will be responsible for:

 

·       Harvesting information from internal team and develop content.

·       Capturing activities on digital media such as photos or videos.

·       Preparing and delivering monthly communications brief with the communications officer that includes the all needed data regarding monthly posts targets vs achieved and costs.

·       Confirming all social media posts with the internal team and post on social media.

·       Monitoring social media activities and analysis as social media page admin.

·       Monitor and analyze leads coming from social media channels and referring them to the concerned team member.

·       Handle all of the organizations communication material printing and logistics.

·       Support the organizations virtual and physical events

·       Update Salesforce with communications and digital activities and initiatives
