Role Summary
The role is to find a caliber to handle all administrative meetings and presentations work related to Shared Service Center.
What’s On Your Plate?
Managing setup of meetings within SSC with SSCs management across all managed levels and teams
Ensure calendar invites are setup properly matching all stakeholders
Ensure attendance of all stakeholders or deputies
Managing Minutes of Meetings and ensure proper circulation among all stakeholders
Follow up on all taken decisions and ensure fulfillment of all owners within deadlines
Follow up on all assigned tasks to any member with SSC and ensure fulfillment within agreed timelines
Attend all interdepartmental calls/meetings and circulate minutes of meetings
Create all assigned presentations within the agreed scope and ensure fulfillment to the targeted message
Handling all travels of all SSCs team – aligning with local logistics teams
Handling team activities offsite meetings and team building properly
Handle any administrative work with other departments like Finance Logistics procurement and so on – for the sake of ensuring fulfillment of SSCs needs
What Do We Request?
B2/C1 English level
Excellent Presentation skills MS PowerPoint
Very good MS Excel knowledge and ability to work with
Excellent business writing skills
Organized structured framed and detailed oriented with an eagle eye to spot mistakes
Excellent follow-up skills with a 100% structured objective tracking approach
