Job Description:
· Matching the receiving materials and services to related POs and contracts
· Taking cyclical inventory- clearance of advance and checking the suppliers prices
· Preparing all banking transfer orders
· Reconciling of suppliers accounts
· Preparing periodical financial statements
· Dealing with formal organizations and authorities (Taxation- Insurance- etc.)
· Timely payments to vendors and affiliates
· Preparing weekly and monthly monetary position report (out cash)
· Booking of local and foreign purchases to inventory
· Preparing tax certificates that covered deductible tax of suppliers after annual closing
· Making monthly supported reports for AP module on system
· Supporting business through preparing reports- collecting- analyzing- and summarizing information
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting is a must
· Minimum 1 year of experience working in Finance Department
