Job Description:-
1- Responsible for train the new hires in sales department to give them full information about realme and the technical training about realmes product sales skills.
2- Responsible for giving training of new models specifications and following promoters before being released in the market.
3- Responsible for maintaining and developing the training materials to be fit to egyptian market.
4- Doing inspection twice per week and reporting and determine all promoters needs.
5- Determine problems of area that responsible for and trying to fix it.
6- Selling experience 4 times per month.
7- Summarize all changes before and after training in the area that responsible for.
