Collect cash checks and payments from customers
Handle all bank messengers receiving or sending checks
Handle messenger s transportation refund or any other expenses under supervision of the chief accountant and accounting manager
Payment of bills and recording and accounting for receipts and maintenance of records of all transactions on excel spreadsheets
Deposite money and cheques in the bank regularly and maintain good relationship with bank staff Pay and account for claims to staff
Supports Ops and Finance with data and controllership
Reconciles daily cash at courier level and closes debrief
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Accounting is required
Minimum 2 years of Experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel Word and Outlook
