Role purpose:
Provides end-to-end inside sales account management activity by contacting and landscaping selected Small and Medium Business customers in Egypt focusing on retention/acquisition. Takes responsibility for these customers revenue growth and increase Vodafone mobile, solution and convergent footprint, preparing proposals and executing marketing campaigns.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Sales Excellence
Conduct retention and solution selling activity on selected Customer Base
Creating trustful partnerships, lead customer negotiations and close deals
Work with effective targets and sales strategy
Achieve revenue growth and retention of allocated Vodafone Business SME customers
Proactive cross & upselling by offering business solutions, services and new tariffs
Maintain contact with allocated contacts regularly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Customer Management & Experience
Build long-term relationships with customers
Assess the customer needs and suggest a best possible product solution and win deals
Analyzing customer insights and propensity data in order to be able to provide Vodafone Business customers dedicated solutions.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
B.Sc. degree.
Excellent in English Language.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Minimum of 1 year working within a sales environment.
Experience working within telecommunications industry.
Possesses excellent objection handling techniques when dealing with issues or barriers from customers.
Experience of mobile Telecoms and IT solutions.
