Job Description

-Participates in marketing calendar workshops for online /offline lubricants marketing activities to achieve TOTAL Egypt strategic objectives and ensure its differentiation within the market.
-Liases with TOTAL group at year beginning to understand global campaigns, their implication on TOTAL Egypt and ensures their integration into the TOTAL Egypt marketing calendar
-Prepares marketing campaign briefs in collaboration with respective business units, communicates briefs to agencies and follows through campaign timely delivery and compliance to TOTAL CI, strategy and legal requirements.
-Managing Media buying
-Manage Lubricants promotion campaign by coming up with the Idea & briefing the creative agency, get Legal approval if applicable and Creative approval head office.
-Manage Promotion events (to distribute gifts to the winners)
-Prepare Final Campaign Presentation for the campaigns.
-Oversees activations and on ground marketing activities, resolves problems (if arise) to ensure campaigns are going according to plan.
-Manage Digital promotions for Mobile app and on you tube
-Follow up on Contracts & legal approvals related to business
-Prepare Monthly digital data base reports
-Manage data collection
-Industrial field exhibitions, giveaways & printing
-Design and follow up on promotion campaigns for customers
-marketing presentations including objectives and results for each activity
-The execution and production of the marketing activities according to the marketing calendar   step by step according to procurement process and procedures to ensure the quality of production is up to the standards -and according to the production deadlines.
-Managing all the marketing tenders, offers and purchasing process for all the marketing activities through the year.  
-Apply & implement the Anti-corruption , Antitrust Compliance and Integrity Policies and Program
-Implement the required process of due diligences within my area of responsibilities   
-Apply the entire ethical approach and TOTAL code of conduct values.
 
Candidate profile

-University graduate with minimum of 3 years of experience.
-Sound experience in Managing and delivering through others.
-Sound knowledge of the Marketing & Services division in particular (organizational structure, sectors of activity, challenges).
-Ability to manage projects and events, work as part of a network and on a cross-functional basis within a moving environment.
-Good writing skills, interpersonal skills, the ability to listen.
-Versatility, attention to detail, ability to show initiative.
-Fluent English.
-Confronted with few risks when carrying out ones activity
