Job Title: Center of Expertise - HR Coordinator

Scope:
Assisting the COE HR Director across the 15 countries.
Key Accountabilities:
· Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
· Assist in the Strategic presentations and data collection across the HR team.
· Manage the HR COE Budget.
· Manage the internal communication in terms of HR announcements.
· Manage the internal communication translation (Arabic to English and vice versa)
· Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources COE Director.
· Coordinate communication with different stakeholders to manage the Directors Calendar.
· Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues rules and regulations.
· Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
Qualification & Education:
· Excellent Command of English and Arabic Languages written and spoken.
· French language is a plus
· Excellent Microsoft user (PPT Word and Excel)
· Strong communications skills.
· Bachelors Degree Major HR or any relevant field
· HR experience is required
