The candidate will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning implementing managing and controlling all Accounting activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for ABECs daily accounting tasks.
The candidate will be responsible for the following:
Support restructuring activities of the accounting department
Support in new charts of accounts for the company
Support the development of new accounting policies
Oversee accounting and general ledger functions ensuring that systems are in place to ensure timely complete and accurate financial data and reporting.
Participate in the digital transformation efforts to a new ERP system
Prepare Posts and general ledger journal entries
Prepare Month-End closing cash flow and bank reconciliation reports
Preparing accounts and tax returns
Follow up / Manage account payable and receivables
Preparing Collections Reports
Maintain and record fixed Assets
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting studied in English
Leadership strong presentation skills and drive with a positive attitude
Min. 5 years experience in Accounting
Previous background in Construction industry is a must
Excellent knowledge of Google Slides & Sheets (or PowerPoint & Excel)
Excellent English communication skills
Familiarity with ERP Systems
