Job Description:
· Review calculate and report all loans interests/
Bank Commissions to ensure that all rates as agreed with banks
· Review and match monthly payroll bank deduction with the bank transfer bank letter
· Supervise the bank reconciliations creation to ensure their accuracy and send the confirmation request to bank on quarterly basis
· Review bank confirmations and match bank balance with each company books
· Responsible for checking the
Bank accounts and resolving any problem if there is one
· Follow up with the External Audit Office on a quarterly basis and submitting all the required documents for the Audit
· Compare External Auditor Financial Statement mapping with the company books to ensure proper disclosing and receive the final draft and check all the problems and try to reach solutions to reach the final report and handle to the management
· Prepare and attend quarterly safe physical counts for all companies
Qualifications:
· 1-2 years of practical experience in General Accounting
· Mathematical aptitude analytical skills logical thinking and ability to work with and through people to establish goals objectives and action plans
· SAP Experience is a great plus
· Flexible and results oriented with excellent communication skills
