BokDoc is hiring a  General  Accountant

Responsibilities

Manage all accounting transactions

Collection follow-up of account receivables

Ensure timely bank payments

Cash transaction booking on the accounting system.

Prepare treasury statements and ensures compliance with the accounting policies and procedures of the organization

Auditing contracts orders and vouchers and preparing reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement

Monitoring ensuring compliance with debt covenants and paying debts and supplier invoices in a timely manner

Assisting in calculations and issuing financial analysis of the financial statements

ssembling information for external auditors for the annual audit

Recording cash receipts

Job Requirements

BSc  Ba in accounting finance

Experience 3 to 5 years

Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Good command of English

Excellent organizing abilities

Great attention to detail

Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
