The purpose of the position is to execute all operations for retail banking lending files aligning with approved P&Ps.
- MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACOUNTABILITIES
- Booking all types of retail loans on core banking system
- Compile and review all originals against the Copies received from branches through workflow
- Follow up with branches to complete missing documents
- Prepare loans release and auto loans renewal letters
- Execute the amendments requests for remedial department
- Execute loan disbursement entries on the system
- Execute all loan maintenance entries on the system (Full settlement / Partial settlement / Postponement / Amendment / Increase limit / Decrease limit / Reschedule)
- Implementation of branches’ requests to raise the final or partial reservations for loans on the system
- Execute documents filing operation
- Prepare monthly reports & MIS relevant to retail loans
- Other duties as assigned by line management
