Job Description:

 

  • Provide periodic reports about employees regularity and review employees vacation, absence, attendance, sick leave etc.
  • Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up on the employees credentials completion and developing personnel files for newcomers to ensure adherence to the personnel filing system.
  • Follow up for Time and Attendance submissions.
  • Follow up from hiring to resignation cycle with HR department.
  • Manage the process of employee termination and suspension (resignations, end of contract…etc.) employees.
  • Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and managers.
  • Issuing HR Letters.

 

Job Location: Maadi.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates applicants are welcomed to apply up till 6 months experience.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Attention to details and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
