Duties & Responsibilities:
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Help the HR Dept in some activities when its necessary.
Do the admin work as needed.
Any other duties related to the job.
At least 1 year of experience.
High School or equivalent.
Excellent knowledge of microsoft office.
Good communication skill.
Time management skill.
