Job Description
- Preparing journal and ledger accounts
- Complete general ledger operations
- Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
- Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
- Draw up monthly financial reports
- Prepare tax computations and returns
- Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
- Account/bank reconciliations
- Review and process expense reports
- Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process
- Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls
- Creating financial statements reports
- Issue Invoices of Sales
- Filling of Accounting Files By No. Of Entry
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting Division.
- 1-3 years experience in the financial reporting/general ledger .
- Previous Experience in Same Industry or Service Sector is preferred
- Previous Experience on accounting software.
- Excellent Using MS Office & very good English level.
- Administration and organization skills as well as the ability to work well under deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately and to keep an eye on details.
- Having good understanding of internal and accounting controls.
