Role
Purpose:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide professional-level
services to achieve strategic business outcomes. This role will be responsible
for researching developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies to
attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization as
a whole and ensure consistency as part of Global Solutions – Talent Acquisition
- Shared Service Delivery.

Details
·
Lead the Talent Acquisition
process and ensure adherence to Majid Al Futtaim policies and procedures from
all involved parties
·
Maintain best practices in
recruitment compliance and identify alternative recruitment methods to target
attract and maintain a highly skilled and diversified applicant pool
·
Gather and submit data on
recruitment activities to highlight any areas causing delays and difficulties
with suggestions to address them
·
Develop and maintain strong
working relations with Talent Acquisition - Business Partners and guarantee
alignment and support throughout the recruitment process
·
Responsible for sourcing assessing
and supporting the onboarding process for both external and internal talent
·
Ensure roles adverts are market
relevant and shared on the appropriate platforms while complying to corporate
policy
·
Creatively source candidates from
various channels inclusive of research social media and networking
·
Explore overseas and local markets
for suitable talent and recommend reputed agents to assist in searching and
selecting for hard-to-fill roles or projects
·
Streamline the screening processes
to ensure the selection of top talent is completed within agreed SLAs
·
Ensure the selection of top talent
in the market through the assessment of capabilities experience and potential
for growth within the business
·
Guarantee a positive candidate
experience through the interview and pre-employment process by responding to
and resolving questions that may arise.
·
Manage offer process to ensure
Approval-to-Hire offer letter creation and pre-onboarding requirements are met
·
Work closely with Associates to
maintain accurate and up-to-date requisition and applicant files on
SuccessFactors (ATS)
·
Manage relationships with third
party suppliers ensuring cost effective terms of business are agreed and MAF
procurement framework and SLAs are adhered to

Qualifications/education
·
Bachelors degree in Human
Resources Business Administration or any other related field is preferred. CIPD
certification preferred.
