Role dimension
Assist with all internal and external HR related matters
Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures
Handle Monthly Time attendance management system transactions Oracle
Update monthly vacation balances
Coordinate smooth operation of medical system
Coordinate schedule interviews with proposed candidates
Qualifications
Should have basic understanding of Excel word outlook
Should be very good English
Very good Communication skills
