Job Title: Document Controller

Job Purpose:
Provide on grounds administrative support to the Legal Department in all courts, governmental, non-governmental organizations.
Key Accountabilities:
- Following-up on collecting required signature on BOD resolutions, GAMs etc.
- Copying, scanning, and storing documents.
- Checking for accuracy and editing files.
- Reviewing and updating technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows).
- Archiving files and ensuring all team members have access to necessary documentation.
- Keep track of documents movements inside and outside the Department.
- Keep the Archiving system up to date.
- Keep the physical archive organized and synchronized with the computer system.
- Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
- File documents in physical and digital records
- Create templates for future use
- Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
- Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed.
- Control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects or departments.
- Manage the processes around documentation within the organization
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation
Qualification & Education:
- Bachelor Degree.
- Years of Experience: 1 to 3.
- Language: English and French required.
- Computer skills: Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel.
-Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
-Proficient typing and editing skills
