- Supervising the periodic and annual inventory operations of fixed assets and materials and matching them with the balances of their relevant accounts.
- Supervising the preparation of trial balances and financial reports studying and analyzing them then submitting them to the General Manager.
- Preparing final accounts at the end of the fiscal year.
- Implementation of the approved financial and accounting procedures in the restaurant.
- Oversight of all documents issued and incoming to the accounting department, and ensure that they are correct and that they contain the necessary signatures.
- Reviewing and approving the entry bonds before registering them in the relevant accounts.
