Dental office receptionist and Tele Sales for a clinic in Sheikh Zayed
- English language proficiency is required
- experience in the dental field is required
- a minimum of 2 years experience is required
- working hours 10am - 7pm
- 5 days a week (Sunday - Thursday)
Salary: 4000 basic + commission
Responsibilities:
- scheduling patients / collect payment
- managing office budget
- managing social media account.
- arranging public events inside and outside the office
- manage staff attendance and vacations.
-Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
-Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
-Listening to the customers needs to generate repeat sales.
-Gathering and documenting customer information.
-Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new date.
-Answering customers questions on the course.
-Meeting sales quotas.
Sheikh Zayed residents preferred.
