Weng is growing quickly and we’re looking to add even more recruiters and recruiting coordinators to our growing team. Your work location is from wherever your comfort zone is because we are a work-from-home-based company; however our head office is located in Maadi.
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role for AT LEAST 1 YEAR.
- FLUENCY IN ENGLISH IS A MUST!
- Familiarity with social media resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Wuzzuf Linkedin Wazaef El-Youm)
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
