Position Summary
1. Providing financial administrative and clerical support to the organization.
2. complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments plus processing verifying and reconciling invoices.
3. Day-to-day management of all payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Understand the payment standard and process. Manage and verify and propose payments.
2. Keeping track of all payments and expenditures including payroll purchase orders invoices statements etc.
3. Paying employees by verifying expense reports.
4. Paying vendors by scheduling pay and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit generally responding to all vendor inquiries regarding finance.
5. Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.
Skills and Qualifications
• Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
• Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures.
• Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.
• Faculty of Commerce - English section.
• SAP experience is a must.
• 1 : 3 years of experience.
